3PM23189Cat Care Specialists are at the cat hotel many hours each day. However, we work with clients by appointment only. We allow cats to have playtime and social time in our lobby. We lock the doors of the hotel when we are tending to cat needs, cleaning rooms and during playtime. We also may be away from the office in order to provide pet sitting services out in the community caring for cats (and doing dog walking) for pets in their own homes. Check ins and outs of our guests are by appointment only. Checking In: Appointments for checking IN should be made between 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm Monday through Sunday (there are no Sunday morning check ins/outs).

Checking Out: Appointments for checking out should be made between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Monday through Saturday.

If you need to check out during the evening or check in during the morning, there will be a Half Day Fee charge of $15

If you are running late, please show us the courtesy of calling to let us know. For appointments more than 30 minutes late a $30 fee will be assessed. Appointments OUTSIDE of these times may be available by request and approved by management at a fee of $30 each appointment.

You will want to secure your reservations (for any time of the year) by paying a deposit with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or a local personal check. A deposit is 50% of overall boarding costs.

No deposit will be returned with less than 14 days notice of a cancellation or significant change in service reservation.

If you cancel your reservation with less than 7 days notice, you are responsible for 100% of the boarding fees.

Checking out or returning early (by a few days) is the same as canceling. Your full payment is still required.

Transportation for your cat to/from the groomer, vet or Cat’s Pajamas is available with an advance reservation for $20 + time for each trip and is scheduled based on availability through A Pause for Paws, Inc.

Each cat is required to have the following vaccinations according to Nebraska Law:
Distemper or FVRCP (A combination vaccine)
Rabies

Whenever appropriate, each cage/aquarium pet must also hold current vaccinations: 3PM23158
Large Birds (Parrots; Cockatoo) – per your veterinarian
Small Birds (Cockatiel and smaller) – per your veterinarian
Ferret- Distemper and Rabies
Rabbit- per your veterinarian

We will provide a health check for all cats entering our boarding area within 12 hours of arrival. Fleas, ticks or other obvious parasites will result in a $75 fee and immediate treatment with Frontline Flea and Tick Control.

Current vaccination records from your veterinarian are required before you can secure your booking. Please contact us with your veterinarian information, so we may call their office to request records. Thank you!

A crate is required for all cats coming into the office. If you do not have a crate, we will provide one for you for $30.
